Setup sitecore project is really easy with SIM
[http://dl.sitecore.net/updater/sim/]. However, sometimes you cannot use it due
to network security issue or other reasons. Then you have to setup everything
manually.
Following the steps below might help.
Install Supporting applications:
1. Local IIS Server
2. Sitecore
